Koli's Mattila - Metsämieli Forest Retreat in Any Weather
During this calming Metsämieli retreat, you will experience the well-being benefits of the forest through all your senses. Moving at a relaxed pace, you can soak in the energy of Koli's stunning forests, the lush scents, and the purest air in the world. The retreat includes easy-to-follow Metsämieli exercises that combine the natural health benefits of the forest with mindfulness techniques to enhance overall well-being.
The exercises help you stay present in the moment, promote positive thinking, and encourage a peaceful connection with nature. The walk itself lasts just over an hour, covering a distance of 1–2 km, with the total duration of the Metsämieli retreat being 2 hours.

Price: 1–4 people: €220 per person. Additional participants: €55 per person (incl. VAT 25.5%).
Price includes: A guided retreat led by a certified Metsämieli instructor and a pleasant, atmospheric coffee/tea break in Mattila Farm’s cozy farmhouse at the end of the retreat (coffee/tea, a sweet treat, and farmhouse rental).
Participant's own equipment:
Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities. It’s also recommended to bring a water bottle.

Suitability: This event is not accessible for people with mobility limitations.
The walk is physically light, and the pace is relaxed. Participants should have basic fitness, though there will be some elevation changes in Koli's forests and along the trails.
