Hammock Relaxation Experience at Mattila Farm, Koli
This tour focuses on relaxation in the heart of nature, plus a tasty coffee break!
We’ll meet in the traditional landscape of Mattila Farm. After a short, soothing forest walk, you'll learn how to set up a hammock between two trees. Then, it's time for the best part of the trip—lounging in the hammock under the wide open sky, relaxing with your thoughts.
You'll start with gentle, guided breathing to help you unwind and let go of everyday stress, relaxing without any obligations. Once we're fully relaxed, we’ll enjoy coffee and a fresh pastry either indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather.

Difficulty level: Moderate; trails are mostly wide, gravel-paved, and relatively easy to walk, though there are significant elevation changes. The pace is relaxed. Hammock relaxation may be challenging if you're not used to the sounds of the forest :)
What to bring: Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear suited to the conditions.
